Liao Xiaoxia, born in Dapu, Guangdong Province, graduated from Peking University with a major in radio physics. Since 1990, she has been the chairman of Euro-Sino Industrial Limited, Chairman and president of Shenzhen Auto Electric Power Plant Co., LTD., Chairman of Shenzhen Auto Electric High-voltage equipment co., ltd.
